Here at MB HQ we are lucky to live close by to an incredible array of seafood, a simple spring recipe below

  • Take a handfull of prawns, throw into a large pot that can sit on the top of the range.

  • Add a generous handfull of fresh chives picked from the garden no need to chop up, and keep the flowers on (the best bit)

  • Add Olive oil, and a finely chopped Onion, season with salt and pepper

  • Smoke paprika to taste, with a whole juice of a lemon and a lime if you have one.

  • Cook on a high heat for 5-10mins depending if prawns are raw, wait to see a pink colour

Take off heat and eat....
