We are so lucky here at MB HQ, having fresh salad leaves growing in our garden, follow this recipe for a simple healthy salad
Take a Cos lettuce, wash and lay out on a serving platter
Add boiled eggs, Avocado sliced, tomatoes, nasturtium leaves washed
Decorate with fresh chives, including fresh violas, pansy flowers (all edible)
Season with your favourite vinagarette, and fresh sea salt and pepper, we added a handful of pumpkin seeds, which are rich in magnesium.
