We are so lucky here at MB HQ, having fresh salad leaves growing in our garden, follow this recipe for a simple healthy salad

  • Take a Cos lettuce, wash and lay out on a serving platter

  • Add boiled eggs, Avocado sliced, tomatoes, nasturtium leaves washed

  • Decorate with fresh chives, including fresh violas, pansy flowers (all edible)

  • Season with your favourite vinagarette, and fresh sea salt and pepper, we added a handful of pumpkin seeds, which are rich in magnesium.
